Help Required HTC 300 301S topic

Urgently need this rom for desire 300 301s, condition -hang on htc logo, no recovery, no factory reset only fastboot working, not able to unlock booloader with htcdev, as not able to select yes when asked to unlock bootloader. so only solution is to flash shipped rom, this file is on ir-file.com but have no account, help sombody
