Please help, I have been trying to downgrade from 12 b to 10b for two days now. I have tried two different computers, the original cable, differenct usb ports, no matter what I do, in the kdz method, I get hungup on 60% with a constant error message usb cable is disconnected, reconnect/retry. No matter how many times I click retry, it stays at 60% (I have correctly chosed the proper kdz for 10b). My phone is in the download mode and is showing the upgrade software screen, but it never moves past 0% on the bar on the phone screen.
I have tried the tot method as well with the lgflashtool, when I get to the screen that says "ready" with the yellow button, the yellow arrow is not lit, I never get a message that the phone is connecting to the computer ( and yes, I have changed the port com to 41). What am I missing? I have tried searching, but always fail at these two points in the methods. Can anyone help, please?
