This notification in the upper left of the phone just showed up on my wife's phone today. When I pull down the notification screen, there is a blank area where something SHOULD be and then "Clear" is right under it. Pressing Clear closes the pulldown screen, but doesn't get rid of the notification icon. Can someone please tell me what that notification is for? There are no unread texts or unheard voicemails...
