Spen detect in lolipop topic

I have a problem. Every time I want to take a specific print screen (not with scrapbook or Screen write in Air Command) with S Pen (with hold pen button), the error message "Unfortunately, com.sec.android.app.SmartClipService has stopped.""always appears.
Could you please help me?
