Loading romand firmware issues Help please? topic

Got an issue here.
I'm not finding a way out.
Phone status
bootloader is unlocked
Rooted
SU loaded
TWRP loaded

Unable to load any roms or update firmware using any procedure (RUU, SD card, TWRP zip)
I have relocked phone and then tried RUU same result

I have not tried to return to stock yet and start over.

RUU log file attached
TWRP file attached.

Any help will be appreciated
