Purchased phone of Kogan and was shipped from hong Kong I believe , am now using it in Australia over the Telstra network. For some reason every now and then (actually nearly everyday for about give or take 10min) the sending and receiving of calla and texts doesn't work. Neither does the access to data, only thing that works is WiFi. There is always at least 3 bars of reception when it happens and every other phone around me seems to work. I've checked the network settings and they all seem to be the stock telstera settings and shouldn't be the problem. Also sending and receiving mma or picture messages has never worked on the native messagon app nor the google messaging app, hangouts is the only one that seems to work at least 50% of the time. My last phone xperia s which was also orded over seas, maybe hong Kong, never had any of these issues, its really quite dissapointing. Please any opinion's or help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
