[Q]How to restore photo from contact to IMG file? topic

I have a problem. I need a photo which I have in contact when somebody calls me. But I don't have it anymore in sdcard. I read that it should be stored in sqlite database and I find it but what Now? It there any possibility to restore photo to IMG file from database? If anyone know how to do that and share it would be very very nice.
