No detects Region or Country topic

Hello. He recently I get my Note 4 N910F, and flasee and no longer detects my Country or region Self is but when I connect to Kies tells me the firmware version but within parentheses where the region (XEO, DBT should appear etc.) appears well (XXXXX) anyone knows who has spent or have solution.

Do not allow me to update via OTA or KIES
