[Q] GPS Locks, but fails when I move? Have Tried Flashing a TW Rom, still no lock topic

Problem: My GPS will not lock on me when I use navigation, but it knows where I am if I don't move. For example, if I open up Google Maps right now, it knows exactly where I am. However, once I use navigation [I've tried Waze, Maps] the GPS signal gets lost.
It's weird because the GPS works, but it just stops working once I move. In addition, I didn't have the issue before I flashed the current ROM I'm using. I only noticed it recently because I had to use navigation.

Solutions I have tried:
I tried using GPS Status & Tool Box + GPS Fix on the http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2643031 Rom -- Nothing.
I flashed a TW rom [http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-nk1-t2999300], and I tried the same solutions above, -- Same issue.

What's going on and what can I do?
