Had a hell of a time with Modding my HTC One, every single step had a problem of some type (No not just me) but anyway I have CWM12 running now:good:
The bad is my backup wouldn't work with the full adb setup and found the Minimal adb "here" which worked straight away but there's no mention of a backup in it unless it's called something else in the Minimal version:confused:
All my files/pics from the are in it from the stock backup I hope...
