On a fresh reboot, Smart Manager shows over 80% RAM usage constantly with no apps open. I'm running the same apps as I did on my Nexus 4 and that never went over 80% at boot. The only main difference is that the S6 has WiFi calling. Could that account for this high RAM usage? I wonder if it's related to the high cell standby battery drain bug...
