I have been trying to fix it for the past week. I am running the latest chroma ROM with Franco kernel, but went back to the stock kernel after someone suggested I do that. I even reset my phone and it didn't work so I flashed my phones February back up from when I didn't have any xposed mods on it. I also just installed multirom to try to install the stock ROM to try to test it and see if it works, but I don't want to move further until someone gives me some extra bit of confidence or tells me if they've had this problem before.
