FIRST of all im not good in english so pls ignore my bad grammar :)
PROBLEM : im Blocked on my game apps to buy some stuff, my phone is in blacklisted . even im using VPN. the only way is to use different device , when i used another device with the same account on my cellphone , it worked. so the solution is to use another cellphone , but i cant afford to buy new devices.
Im just wondering what application should i use to detect that my phone is a new device , do i need to use " change id device " stuff on playstore , do i need to change the mac address of my cellphone or my IMEI ?
please help me. and lastly when an in-app game blocking a device, what are the info they blocking does the ip , imei or device id or what ?
my phone is rooted will i solve my problem without changing device ?
