[Q] Can't get into fastboot and install rom topic

Ok so basically those screenshots will get you up to speed on my problem. I'm basically stuck with the stock color os recovery with no color os rom to install and I don't know what to. And I cant boot into fastboot :/ Anyone know a solution?
