There are a lot of developers today, and it is difficult to distinguish the work's quality by the ROM or kernel's title.
For example, when I boot a stock ROM for the first time, it automatically detects where I'm from.
What I've noticed is that some ROMs also detect it and some ROMs don't. Most ROMs that don't, tend to have more FC's.
I have written some code as well(for computers), and it seems to me that when the ROM doesn't recognize your country, that part of the code is hard coded. And if it happened once, it can happen twice...
Can I therefore say, that the integrity/structure of the entire ROM is compromised?
Also, does the level of structure of the lay-out of a thread says anything about a dev?
It's all about consistency.
