[Q] making a custom recovery without syncing all CM sources topic

i would like to make a custom recovery for my device (yureka).
i havce searched and read a lot on it and it turns out i have to sync all CM sources even for making just a recovery.

is there any other way to make CWM or TWRP or Philz recovery from stock recovery or just sync sources which are required for recovery?
