[Q] sensation XE bootloader gone wrong topic


Hi, I just bought a second hand sensation XE (I had a sensation but I bought this one for my mom), and now when I want to turn it on it doesn't boot, and even when I hold the power button and the volume down button the same thing happens (maybe the volume buttons are defective?):
