First of all, let me say that I am not very experienced with this sort of thing.
A few months ago, I got a Verizon One Max and was able to change a code to get it to work on T-Mobile. I also was able to S-OFF and root it (after quite an ordeal). Now, I had a Samsung Galaxy S III before and found it super easy to install TWRP and flash Cyanogen, and I loved it. It took foreeeever to get install TWRP on my One Max, but it can never flash anything successfully. It ends up just plain factory resetting. Luckily, when it does, it stays rooted, S-OFF, and working on T-Mobile, but I've tried 3 different versions of TWRP to no avail. Could somebody please help me out? I've been enjoying this phone the past 6 months, but I really miss Cyanogen.
