So I was lured to T-Mobile by their truly unlimited 2 line plan. Jumped ship from AT&T after being with them for the last 15 years. The problem is while I am in an area with "excellent" coverage, there is clearly a problem with T-mo's network. LTE speed are ridiculously slow and just about unusable most of the time. This is the case on both new phone. Called and spoke with a technician and he said there is no problem with the network. My question is....I plan on giving it a few more days before I crawl back to ATT and beg for them to take me back. I've rooted one of the note 4's and obviously tripped Knox. I'm sure i know the answer to this, but is there anyway to reset the counter once i unroot. If not, I guess I'll just have to eat the cost of the phone and keep it. Plan was to return this one and get one used off swappa.
