[Q] Flash with stock 5.0.2 while its on T-Mobile version topic

Hi i have a T-Mobile ( Germany) xperia Z2 unlocked with an unlocked bl and i want to know if there isn't any problem flashing it with the baltic lollipop because i read that it can cause some disfunctionnement in the baseband or something else ? and last question i just got it it was on 4.4.4 and i want to root it can i use this method after the upgrade ? http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...6&postcount=15 ?
