S3 I747 Softbrick, "NAND FAIL (AUTH)" on flashing, what do I do? topic

Currently it can run download mode and recovery mode. After the 2nd splash screen it goes to black. To go into these modes, I must remove the battery to shut it down then restart it.
I have tried many things to fix it:
Recovery > Restore Factory Default failed due to error
Odin > Install custom recovery > Restore failed due to error
Odin > flash firmware failed due to:

I think maybe I am using the wrong firmware, or that 3.07/3.09 odin might not work? I tried an earlier version (1.6~ i think) as well and it did not work. What should I do?

NOTE: I HAVE TRIED FLASHING AND RESETTING TO FACTORY DEFAULT. Last guy who tried to answer did not read my question, assumed from the title. :) Thanks
